History
The Adega Camolas monovarietal range was born from a desire to explore new expressions of the Setúbal Peninsula through grape varieties less common to the region. Each wine is a discovery, a tribute to the ability of our terroir to reveal unexpected and authentic nuances.
Between the mild climate, Atlantic breezes, and soils that shift from limestone to sandy, every vineyard parcel comes to life in its own unique way. It’s this harmony between nature and savoir-faire that gives rise to wines with distinct identity, full of character and freshness.
More than a sensory experience, each bottle reflects respect for time, the vineyard, and the art of transforming singular grapes into wines that tell the story of Adega Camolas — and of the land that gives them soul.

Wine Pairing
An excellent match for matured meats with rosemary or pink pepper, game, pork, or wild boar. Perfect with stuffed Portobello mushrooms with lentils, rosemary, and aged cheese, or barley risotto with wild mushrooms, thyme, and black pepper. Pairs beautifully with rich desserts such as dark chocolate brownies and dried plums.
Winemaker Notes
Deep garnet color, intense and typical of this teinturier grape. On the nose, balsamic notes of eucalyptus and rosemary combine with hints of tobacco, spice, and ripe black plum. The palate is structured, with firm tannins, balanced acidity, and great depth. The finish is long and persistent. Decant slightly before serving at 17–19°C.
