History
With the premise of creating an extremely gastronomic white wine, here came a unique opportunity to vinify this singular variety from an old vineyard in its last year of life. Taking advantage of the opportunity, we use the classic method of tanning and a two-year aging in French oak barrels that were previously used to age Chardonnay wine in France, to create a unique wine full of character. Intriguing, disturbing and unusual, we hope you will feel this experience and keep it in your memory.
Wine Pairing
Recommended for Asian spiced dishes (Indian, Thai, Chinese and Japanese), or robust fish and seafood dishes, such as the stew or the seafood pasta. Easy to harmonize with dishes made with pork.
Winemaker Notes
Exuberant and very gastronomic wine. Full-bodied, with intense golden color. The notes in the nose and mouth are quite differentiated and complex bringing surprise in the test. In the nose presents aromas of stone fruit like apricot and notes of spices like nutmeg. In the mouth a mixture of mint, with exotic fruit, lychees, peach and citrus. Wine with good acidity, which gives it a unique freshness. Very long finish.
