History
The “Say it Is Bubbles” comes up from the need of creating a range of light and very fresh sparkling wines. The name of this wine is the adoption of very popular expression (slang) of our region, that is used at the start of a conversation and commonly associated with the start of a rumor. Combined with a very young, and light image is the perfect wine to share with friends during a meal, or at summer evenings in a relaxed environment.
Wine Pairing
Ideal to pair with fish dishes, sushi and shellfish. Appetizers and salads also make a very good match with the freshness of this sparkling white wine.
Serving temperature: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
Winemaker Notes
It presents a clear yellow citrus colour. On the nose it has some slightly intense aromatic notes of fruit and flowers. On the mouth assumes a balanced structure and acidity. Pleasant aftertaste.
