Inspired by the beauty and simplicity of the wild rose, Clô is a compliment to the enchantments of the Arrábida Natural Park, and to the strength of the mother figure. It’s important for us to create everyday wines, easy and versatile, to drink amongst family and friends in a relaxed way. A wine that reflects the unique combination of climate, soil and grape varieties of our region, and we are sure that will provide a unique touch to your meals. A great wine to enjoy everyday.
Wine Pairing
A light and versatile wine, ideal for pairing with equally light dishes. It pairs particularly well with grilled fish and lean meats, vegetarian dishes, and a variety of fresh and relaxed options such as prawns, fresh salads, toast, bruschettas, montadinhos, and asparagus and spinach omelettes.
Serving Temperature: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
Winemaker Notes
Presents a light, bright citrus colour with delicate greenish reflections. On the nose, it reveals tropical fruit aromas, complemented by subtle floral and mineral nuances. On the palate, it shows a light and youthful profile, with good structure and balanced acidity. A slight effervescence, resulting from the naturally residual gas present in the wine, adds elegance and a pleasant sense of freshness. It has medium body and volume, finishing with a short to medium, fresh and well-balanced finish.
