History
To create the brand “Camolas” the founder of the winery used as reference, its family name, one of the most charismatic in our region. The Camolas Reserve brand, is the outcome from the vinification of selected grapes of our finest plots of vineyards, and results from the need to create a brand of reserve wines of superior quality, innovative and with a distinct identity, without ever renounce to the viticulture tradition of the region and extolling the characteristics and versatility of the terroirs of the Peninsula of Setúbal.
Wine Pairing
It is the ideal wine to drink with fatty meats, codfish and octopus “Lagareiro” style. It also combines easily with hard cheeses, such as “Ilha”, “Grana”, “Emmental”, “Gruyère”, etc.

Winemaker Notes
It holds a dark, intense ruby colour. Its aroma has a complex bouquet in which red fruits and moka and well combined with toasted wood notes. In the mouth, it has a balanced and lively acidity, confirming its aromas. This wine has volume and body, presenting an elegant and attractive ensemble with delicate tannins. The aftertaste is long, persistent and tasty with strong dark chocolate notes. Its gastronomic use is remarkable.
