History
The Adega Camolas is a family business, adjacent to the Arrábida Natural Park, with deep connections to wine since the 70’s decade. The production of wines is the result of harvesting grapes from various vineyards scattered around the Palmela municipality’s as well as the purchase of grapes from small wine growers in the region. To create the brand Camolas, the founder used as reference its family name, one of the most emblematic in our region. This genuine wine is made from traditional grape varieties of the Península of Setúbal. Conveniently packed in a bag in box, it allows a bigger longevity and better conservation of the wine. It is one of the oldest products produced by Adega Camolas and one of the most recognized in the region
Wine Pairing
Ideal to pair with grilled fish dishes, sushiand shellfish. Appetizers and salads also make a very good match with the freshness of this white.
Winemaker Notes
It presents a clear yellow citrus colour.
On the nose it has some slightly intense
aromatic notes of fruit and flowers. On
the mouth assumes a balanced structure
and acidity. Pleasant aftertaste.
